POS, KOSK Integrated Prepaid Card Payment Service
As Heemina Coffee introduced its branded prepaid card, KPC developed a payment API which payments can be made through both POS and KIOSK for prepaid card users. The integrated payment service solved the problem of manpower consumption for face-to-face payment when payment is not processed in KIOSK. As it provides 5% additional charging benefit when charging over 20,000 KRW, it helps to manage customer loyalty and to increase the amount of payment of prepaid card. Also, through the Coffee Passport franchise contract, the Heemina Coffee can expect to promote its brand and new customer inflow.
PROVIDES DETAILS OF USE THROUGH KAKAO TALK MESSENGER SERVICE.
The best feature among prepaid card functions is Kakao message services, which is provided free of charge. The inconvenience of the existing prepaid card has been resolved because Kakao messages will be sent to customers in real-time. Through this mobile message, customers can check their card balance and usage details. In addition, the barcode number is also exposed in the message, which can be called as ‘mobile prepaid card’, so the customers can pay conveniently via mobile without a physical card.
