Felt Coffee is served by experts such as greenbean buyer, cupper, roaster, barista and other who visit coffee producers in Ehiopia and Costa Rica to bring the best quality of coffee beans.
PROVIDING THE PREPAID CARDS, STAMPS, AND MILEAGE POINTS THAT ARE INTEGRATED AT ALL BRANCHES.
Felt Coffee’s prepaid cards needed to be integrated at all three branches and wanted to introduce the services that can also be used with stamping.
Prepaid cards have a greater lock-in effect on the customer because those are purchased at a cost by the customer.
Also, it can be used for recharging, paying, stamp/mileage points, and membership, etc.Currently, Felt Coffee uses prepaid card with stamping in all three branches and this feature was attractive that existing POS could still be used without having to purchase a separate device to introduce prepaid card service.
PROVIDES DETAILS OF USE THROUGH KAKAO TALK MESSENGER SERVICE.
The best feature among prepaid card functions is Kakao message services, which is provided free of charge. The inconvenience of the existing prepaid card has been resolved because Kakao messages will be sent to customers in real-time. Through this mobile message, customers can check their card balance and usage details. In addition, the barcode number is also exposed in the message, which can be called as ‘mobile prepaid card’, so the customers can pay conveniently via mobile without a physical card.
Customers can choose automatic discounts, mileage points, stamping points, and discount by membership level. These various reward options are a great help in continuing to manage their customers because it is simple to select the certain features that they need for a store operation.
